How can I care for my Stardrops jewelry to ensure it stays beautiful over time?
To keep your Stardrops jewelry in the best condition, we recommend removing your jewelry before swimming, showering, or performing any strenuous activities. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals or beauty products, such as perfume or hairspray. Gently clean your jewelry with a soft cloth after wear to remove any oils or dirt. Store each piece separately to prevent scratching. Please note that gold-plated jewelry, when not handled properly, can have the gold layer wear off over time, which might lead to tarnishing.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We endeavor to ship your items on the same or next day after we receive your order. Delivery can take from 1-4 days, so the total shipping time might range from 3-6 days, depending on your location.
Can I return or exchange an item I've purchased?
Absolutely! We accept returns and exchanges for damaged items within a three-month period. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns if the items have been obviously tampered with.
Do you ship internationally?

What does it mean that your products are hypoallergenic?
Our hypoallergenic jewelry is free of metals that commonly cause skin irritations, such as nickel, which is a frequent cause of contact dermatitis. However, please note that there can still be a small percentage of people who are allergic to gold.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card, PayPal, GCash, Paymaya, and BDO transactions.
Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?
You may modify or cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Please do reach out to us as soon as possible to facilitate this. Please note that there's still a chance we might miss your notification.
